02Steps
  1. Place black tea bags in a mug and pour hot water over them. Steep for 3-5 minutes to make strong tea.
  2. While the tea is steeping, wash the fresh lemon and slice it into thin rounds. Set aside a few slices for garnish.
  3. Remove tea bags from the mug. Add sugar to the hot tea and stir until dissolved. Adjust sweetness to your liking.
  4. Fill a tall glass with a generous amount of ice cubes. Pour the sweetened tea over the ice.
  5. Add the lemon slices into the glass. Use a spoon or muddler to gently press the lemon slices against the side of the glass to release more flavor. Stir well and serve immediately.
